Our Story
About
Hello Honeybees Childcare is excited to open its doors on July 1st, 2025, providing a warm, nurturing environment for children ages 2 months to 5 years. Located in Lake Oswego, our faith-based program offers a unique blend of structured learning and play in a small, home-like setting.
With a strong emphasis on outdoor exploration and the arts, we encourage creativity, self-expression, and hands-on learning. Through nature-based activities, artistic experiences, and a foundation of Christian values, we inspire curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love for learning in a safe and supportive environment.
Mission & Philosophy
At Hello Honeybees Childcare, we provide a safe, Christ-centered, play-based environment where children learn, grow, and thrive. Through hands-on exploration and creative play, we nurture their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Grounded in Christian values, we instill kindness, gratitude, and respect while partnering with families to celebrate each child as a unique gift from God.

With nine years of home childcare experience, I bring a warm, hands-on approach to child development. As a former preschool director and high school teacher, I’m dedicated to nurturing young minds with a blend of structure and creativity. I’m also a proud parent of three grown children and a grandparent to three, which deepens my commitment to
family-centered care and education.
